Andrea Silva who goes by the moniker, Loyal Lobos was born in Colombia and her parents settled in California. At 18 she moved to Los Angeles to pursue her music career. In her childhood, she remembers that her parents considered music a distraction but in kindergarten, her teacher introduced her to music and saw she had natural abilities. Her teacher then made her the soloist in the choir to perform at both funerals and every school graduation. Her family then allowed her to take guitar lessons and grow her talent. Her musical influences run the gamut from Mazzy Star to the drama of telenovelas and remembering the beautiful countryside of her native country of Colombia. Loyal Lobos music is a mix of both Pop and traditional Folk music. She has been working on her music and will release her debut EP soon.
