Erika De Casier wants everyone to know that she just wants to do her thing. Since her debut album, Essentials in 2019 she has been making the rounds in the music industry. Born in Portugal and raised in Denmark, she started listening to music at the young age of 4 and it was R&B from such 90's artists as, Brandy, Usher, Destiny's Child, and many others. She definitely loved the funk part of the music and has incorporated that type of groove into her music. She has lived in many parts of the world and brings that experience to her sound as well.
Her music is a mix of alternative R&B, drum, and bass, 2-step and pop. Through her sound, she has captured the attention of such artists as Dua Lipa and Casier. She is an ally of the Regelbau Collective, a group of DJ's and producers that make beautiful chill dance music and remixes. She wrote, produced, and released her debut album, Essentials on her own independent record label, Jeep. Last year she released her latest album, No Butterflies, No Nothing.
