Who says Rock is dead! Over the years rock has gone through many changes from 50's swinging sounds, 60's flower power and psychedelia, 70's epic rock anthems, 80's
punk, and heavy metal through the 90's grunge rock and beyond. These days rock music has been combining both heavy metal aspects and alternative music and Black Smoke Trigger is one such band. They hail from Napier, New Zealand and they say their musical influences have been Alice In Chains, Audioslave, and Guns and Roses. The band formed in 2018 and last year put out their first EP, Set It Off which was produced by Michael Wagener who by the way has produced Metallica, Ozzy Osborne, and Skid Row. Last year the band released their single, The Way I'm Wired featuring legendary rock guitarist, Mick Mars
of Motley Crue.
