Singer-songwriter Kacy Hill has the voice of an angel. This Phoenix, Arizona native has not only beautiful songs but the videos are scenic and beautiful as well. Since she was a child she was playing music. The instruments she played were the oboe and saxophone but she also sang in a choir. She didn't start out singing or in music at first, instead, she went into modeling.
She moved to L.A. to pursue modeling but she was never passionate about it. She started pursuing her music career after meeting a director named Stephen Garnet. He later directed her first video for her song, Experience. Your life can change at the drop of a hat and in 2014 she was a backup dancer for Kanye West's Yeezus Tour. He supposedly heard her song and signed her to his label, Good Music but she left the label and has decided to release her songs on her own. She did receive international attention for the song, Experience and it was named, "a track you need to hear." Her debut EP, Bloo was released that year. In 2017 she released her debut album, Like A Woman, and has been releasing singles independently. In 2020 she released her 2nd album, Is It Selfish If We Talk About Me Again. That album marked the first time she co-produced herself and it was liberating. She has at times been compared to singers FKA Twigs and Tinashé, and she says she is a huge fan of '90s/early 00's Alternative rock music. She just released her 3rd album, Simple, Sweet, and Smiling, and is set to tour starting in November for this album.
