When you first hear the title of this artist you are thinking it's a band, but alas no it's just singer-songwriter, Marie Ulven Ringheim from Horten, Norway. When she was 12 her grandfather bought her a guitar but it wasn't until a year later that she picked it up again and really started playing. She says that was due to her boredom with fingerboarding that had her pick up the guitar and start creating music. She taught herself how to play the piano and guitar as well as music production. She started writing and recording Norwegian music and had planned to study music but never truly made up her mind to be a musician. In 2015 her Dad bought her a Blue Yeti mic and started recording and uploading her songs to Soundcloud. She came up with her stage name because it was a text she sent a friend of hers at a club in order to find each other. She 1st debuted her single, "I Wanna Be Your Girlfriend", in 2016 and had gained a huge following online. She made the cover of British music journalism and music online magazine, NME in January of this year. She will release her new album in October titled, World In Red.
