Jazz pianist and composer Christina Galisatus grew up with music in her home. Her father is a trumpet player and music educator.  She started playing piano at age five and immediately began improvising and developing her own interpretations.  Her debut album, Without Night (due January 27), reflects some of the challenges she faced so far in her career.
