French singer Yoa brings a lot of influences to her music. Born to a Swiss father and Camaroonian mother, she began playing piano at an early age. First delving into other art forms (she was a dancer, actress, and director), she was led back to early passion during the pandemic lockdown. She recorded and released two EPs, her debut Attente, and later Chansons.

With influences ranging from Nina Simone to Lana Del Ray, she brings pop, folk and and soul to her indie pop and is known for her substantive lyrics and expressive voice. She released the four song EP, Nulle, earlier this year, and “Le Collectionneur” is her latest single.
