British singer-songwriter Joyce Cisse, known as Flowerovlove, has built her fanbase through social media and shows. At only 19 years old she says she has been writing since she was about six. She remembers writing a song at age 10 and practicing it.

She credits her aunt with giving her notebooks that started her writing and has not stopped since. Her music is dream-pop but with a twist. She was asked what Flowerovlove means, she responded that “flower represents women and growth as people together and then the love part - that represents giving love to everyone.”I love her positive disposition and her lyrics are empowering for women. She debuted in 2022 with her EP, Think Flower, and says such singers as Tame Impala, Frank Ocean, and SZA inspired her. I love her new song “Boys” and can’t wait for a new album.
