The country pop singer-songwriter, Canaan Cox has the ladies losing their minds. Born and raised in Henderson, North Carolina there was music always being played around the house. His mom and dad both play and write music and his grandmother played the piano at church where he started singing. He earned his degree in musical theater and says he listened to all types of music. The first record he bought was by Michael Jackson and his parents introduced him to such artists as Conway Twitty and Lynyrd Skynyrd.

Canaan Cox is an artist who is a triple threat. He can sing, dance, and act and in today's music industry that is a great asset to have. He has since moved to Nashville and has used his incredible talent in his videos and stage performances. Last year he released his self-titled album and I have to say the single, J.O.Y was so uplifting. He has released a few singles and this past January released his latest, Hate Me More.
