Contemporary jazz drummer Yussef Dayes has been making his mark for years in the jazz world. This South London-raised drummer/producer is a force to be reckoned with when hitting the skins. He’s collaborated with many including jazz guitarist/producer Tom Misch and the list is endless.

Several years ago our contributing partner, Indispensable Music Magazine’s founder Kristine England featured him on New Music Monday. Since then he has released several albums with his collaborators and last September finally released his debut solo album, Black Classical Music.
