This super-talented female drummer is incredible to watch live. If you haven’t heard of Roni Kaspi and are a musician or drummer then you have not been on planet Earth. She is part of the great jazz group Avishai Cohen Trio and you must watch her solo on the song “Seven Seas” live. It will make your head spin!

Israeli-born and raised drummer Roni Kaspi knew from a young age that drums were the instrument for her. She attended the Berklee School of Music on a full scholarship and her powerful style mixes jazz, rock, electronica, and pop. At age 21 she went on tour with Avishai Cohen after he saw her playing along to one of his songs. He was so impressed he asked her to join his band. She made her solo debut in 2021 with the single, “Feel So” the music is a mix of electronica, and pop with a soulful flair. She just released her latest single, “Why Does” and we look forward to a new album soon. 

She has been playing dates around the country and will be in Brooklyn, NY on July 12th at Wilson Live.
