Happy New Year to all. We start 2024 with our featured artists for January beginning with alternative rock/dream pop band Wishy from Indianapolis, Indiana. This band is fun and one to watch in this new year.

The band was founded by Kevin Krauter on guitar and singer Nina Pitchkites. They later added members Connor Host on drums, Mitch Collins on bass, and Dmitri Morris on guitar to form Wishy. Their music is a blend of dream pop with some cool grunge rock sounds. I love their single, “Spinning” with its melodic grooves. They will be playing SXSW in March and are now on tour. They just released their EP called Paradise last month and I love all the songs. Check them out when they come to your city or town. Support independent music and musicians. Happy listening!
