Indie alternative rock duo Candar is creating quite a stir on the music scene. The duo had been in the band Shake The Geek and have since left and are now down to two members. There isn’t much known about Candar but they have been releasing singles and have been gaining quite a following on YouTube and their social media pages.

They describe themselves as a messy alternative rock band. They made their debut this past February with a remake of one of the most famous songs of all time called,” Quisas” and translated to “Perhaps, Perhaps, Perhaps.”The duo has been touring around England and played at The Glastonbury Festival this past summer. They just released their new single, “Turned Blood Red” just in time for Halloween. The song was produced by Jesse Wood who is Rolling Stones guitarist Ronnie Wood’s son. The song has heavy guitars with an in-your-face rock and roll attitude. I can’t wait for their debut album to be released and hear more from this talented duo.
