American soul / R&B singer first caught Rosie G.’s attention back in 2020. He got his start singing in his father’s church in the Spokane, Washington area at age three. He discovered soul music in his teens, and Stevie Wonder’s Innervisions made quite an impact.
Eventually moving to Seattle, he released his debut album in 2010, Last to Speak. His second eponymously titled album started to get him noticed in 2011. Working with Miles Davis' keyboardist Deron Johnson and Raphael Saadiq's rhythm section, the record peaked at the number two spot on iTunes’ R&B/Soul charts and also landed on Billboard’s Heatseekers and R&B/Hip Hop Album charts. USA Today proclaimed the singer a “pitch-perfect powerhouse.” Also in 2011, he performed on Conan and again in 2015.
Later, he lent his talents to the track "Neon Cathedral" on The Heist by Macklemore and Ryan Lewis. He also co-wrote and sang "Look At Me” from Cory Wong's The Lucky One. He released three more albums of his own, along with an EP.
His most recent release, the EP Mystery, was released in October 2024. Bluestown Music raved, “an exhilarating mix of the old and the new—smooth vocals, infectious rhythms, and an emotional journey that keeps you hooked from start to finish.”
